20th Blood Donation :)

 

I went to give blood last week and was told it was my 20th donation, which i was quite proud of! I give blood as often as im allowed and, although no on close to me (thank goodness) has never needed a blood transfusion, im quite passionate about doing it and try to encourage others to do it too. So pop over to the the blood donation website and see if theres a session near you. It always makes me feel good about myself and, as you never know when you or someone you love is going to need their services, its probably a good idea to get ahead of the karma curve!
